About This Property
There is off-street parking available for one vehicle. The upstairs tenant shares the driveway and parking area with you. The front of the house includes a large, covered porch that is great for sitting. The backyard is grassed and can be used for lounging if you have a table and chairs. If you are a gardener and want to plant vegetables or flowers, the backyard gets a lot of sun (faces west). Only small dogs allowed and NO CATS! The building is non-smoking. A pre-requisite to final approval is completing an application. The cost is $35, which includes a credit and background check. We require a 660 or better credit score. If the score is lower, we do allow cosigners or 3 months' rent in advance. We also require copies of three months of pay stubs from your current employer and an income-to-rent ratio of 3:1. We are paperless, and thus you need to have an active email, a way to receive text messages and phone calls, as well have the ability to pay your rent each month, online.
