Every bedroom has a closet, and there are two others in the common room and one in the kitchen for a total of 6 closets in the apartment. There is ample off-street parking and a small private roof deck outside your kitchen door. Our pet policy: we are pet friendly, but our insurance will not allow certain dog breeds, so please ask. We also have to follow city ordinances regarding the number of pets. There is NO FEE to see the apartment but you do have to answer our questionnaire online to schedule a showing, and if you do apply for the apartment there is a $20 fee per adult applicant that pays for the required background and credit check, but we don't charge that fee until you're serious.
