The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, a range and oven, a microwave, a double door fridge and freezer with ice and water dispenser, a drip coffee maker, wine and water glasses, and seasonings. Guests can bring up to 2 pets for a fee of $125 per pet, per stay. Hernando Beach is a quiet, scenic coastal area with restaurants, parks, and charming waterfront views. Nearby attractions include Weeki Wachee Springs State Park (12 min), Weeki Wachee River (10–12 min), Rogers Park (12 min), Linda Pedersen Park (6 min), Pine Island Beach Park (15–17 min), Bayport Park & Pier (12 min), The Upper Deck (7 min), Zig Zag Scallop (5 min), Brian’s Place (10 min), The Drunken Mullet (5 min), multiple tiki bars and waterfront restaurants (3–10 min), Publix (12 min), and Walmart Supercenter (15 min). A car is recommended for exploring nearby Weeki Wachee, Tampa, St. Petersburg, and other Gulf Coast beaches. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. The booking guest must be at least 23 years of age to check-in. Check-in time is 4 PM EST and checkout time is 11 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. If cleaners determine smoking or vaping has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. If pets are unauthorized, a penalty of $400 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund will be charged. Pet feces left behind will incur a penalty of $75 per incident. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries), a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. This is Florida, so the occasional pest is common. [SI]
