First and last month rent plus security deposit due at lease signing. Lease will initially be for 12 months and then can be renewed for 12 months or continue as tenant(s) at will, month-to-month. No interior smoking. Smoking outside is allowed as long as more than 25 feet from any open doors or windows. Allowed to park up to four vehicles on the property, off street. Non-operational vehicles are not allowed to remain on the property for more than 7 days.
