Charm and coziness of our colonial past amid classic 18th-century accents and modern conveniences. Electric, Heat, A/C, water, sewer, trash removal, gas cooking, and pool privileges are included. Tenant responsible for cable and cleaning services every two weeks.*Please note, due to septic restrictions, occupancy is limited to one tenant*
