About This Property

Large townhouse style apartment for rent in a 4-unit building in North Long Beach close to Lakewood. Close to Lakewood Memorial Hospital, grocery stores, malls and freeway entrances. Pictures are of a similar unit, the actual unit is being cleaned and repaired. The bottom floor consists of the large living area, kitchen, dining area, half bathroom and laundry area all with ceramic tile flooring. Washer and Dryer hook ups. First floor also has a private patio area. Second floor has 3 bedrooms with hardwood floors and 1 full bathroom to share. The apartment comes with 1 car garage behind the unit with space for storage as well. Unit square footage is approximate. First months rent + deposit due upon move-in, available the first of July. Tenant pays all utilities, water and trash is split evenly between all 4 units in the building while tenants are will set up their own gas, electric service. Sorry, no pets. I am available this Saturday 7/2 from 10am-2-pm to show the unit. Please message me to set up an appointment.
