Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Full legal first and last names of all guests must be provided upon booking. Only standard-size personal vehicles are permitted, and no trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles (including RV’s, campers, mobile homes, 4 wheelers, etc.), buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are allowed; a $500 fine will be assessed for violations. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed; any guest found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund and will be assessed a $500 fine. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM; any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is allowed, including cigarettes, hookah, vaping, pipes, cigars, and any cannabis use; outdoor smoking at least 10 feet from the building is permitted, and all windows and doors to the unit must remain closed while smoking outdoors; a $500 fine will be assessed for violations. If you would like to bring a pet, you must inquire before booking regarding breed limitations and agree to the pet policy. There is a $100 non-refundable fee per pet to cover the additional cost of cleaning. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later. The property is monitored with exterior cameras that capture and record audio and video; unplugging, moving, or any alteration of the security cameras or any of its cords, base station, or any other parts/apparatus will result in a $1000 fine. Crypto mining or similar activities are not allowed. Any guest who would like to have packages delivered must first obtain permission. No packages may be delivered to the property outside of the guest’s booked and paid reservation dates. Once the stay has been completed, guests must refrain from leaving luggage or personal belongings upon checkout. Guests must send a photo of a valid ID that matches the name on the reservation before receiving check-in instructions. Failure to check out on time will result in overstay fees. Please note that the partner will place a $350 refundable authorization hold on a credit or debit card about 72 hours before arrival for security.
