Each patio has their own table & chairs. LEASE TERMS & REQUIREMENTS: Semi-Annual or Annual lease: $2000- mo. plus utilities Note: Water's in owner's name as there's only 1 meter (per FPUA, typical cost for 1-2 occupants is $50/mo; 3-4 occupants is $75/mo) You'll pay the applicable amount at the same time as you pay your rent to reimburse owner. $37.50- application fee for background check (all occupants 18 yrs or older are required to do this & it is done through an independent company) To secure this reservation: A background check is required. A signed lease with payment of the following: 1st & last months rent plus a $1,000- security deposit. The security deposit is different for a short-term rental because the electric will remain in the owners name. The owner will pay these bills & will deduct this from the security deposit & deduct the cleaning fee @ the end of the lease term. Copies of the electric bills will be provided to the tenant(s) at that time. Beginning 2022, inquire as to the possibility to rent during the High Season (Dec/Jan/Feb/Mar/April): 3-month minimum @ $2850-mo plus tax + electric + security deposit in the amount of $1,500- (owner will keep electric, high-speed internet, wi-fi & cable in their name & tenant will advance payment for electric only to seek reimbursement from the Security Deposit at the end of the lease & copies of the bills will be provided.
