Decent experience. The random change in payment method for the month of January with very little notice is a bit annoying. I wish they could have alternative options.

Great place to live! Friendly and attentive staff. Quiet location, nice amenities and fast maintenance team who can fix anything very quickly.

I’ve had multiple issues with my apartment such as electrical issues which one time the socket blew my tv out and nothing was done I was advised to go through my renters insurance. Zero security multiple cars has been broken into and stolen. Someone was also robbed at gun point and nothing was said. 24 hr concierge is not onsite and is hardly there. Be prepared to not get your deposit back they will find any reason including wear and tear to hold onto it. Rates constantly change and is more expensive parking was once $75 now is $150. Maintenance takes a while to respond to request. Bc they are hardly there. I had to use another units washer and dryer bc I always had issues. The dehumidifier constantly runs and they don’t clean it properly which lead to more accumulated dust. They have mice running around on the first floor. Also you can’t communicate with the manager the issues you have after too many attempts she will send a cease and desist letter to you. Wouldn’t recommend.

I love it here at 335 Bala! Out of all the apartment complexes I’ve ever lived at this is by far the best one!! It feels like I live at a resort lowkey, I never wanna leave home! From the beautiful pool, nice gym and amazing game room and roof top to relax and chill with friends and family I give this place a 10/10!

I have been a resident of 335 Bala for the last 2 years and this by far has been the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived at! The amenities are Fab! Quiet and safe environment! I give 335 a 10/10! Leasing office and management are great and responds to any questions or concerns quickly. Five stars all around the board !

The facility was excellent when we first moved. However, services (such as the concierge and mail room management) have been slow cut back. However, the maintenance team is great!

Everything is great except the tight parking, and package system which allows for theft, misplacement of packages and confusion. The tight spots for larger vehicles is difficult as well but the apartments are fresh and awesome layouts

I love the view from my unit, the peace and quiet atmosphere and the amenities are well maintained. The units could use upgrades on bathroom fixtures etc but all and all pretty good.

First week of living here has been great. Staff has been very friendly and helpful. Great value with included amenities and beautiful clean spaces.

Love it here. Super clean, quiet, and modern place to live at. Everything looks new and very well taken care of. The only con I would say is the very little space for guest parking. Other then that 335 Bala is awesome!

Apartment is good, a few bumps and scraps but overall well kept upon my move in, community is ok, people are nice no bad things to say to say about the property

Great community and service has been good when something needs repair so I am happy. Clean environment and nice cute pets around too which is nice.

335 looks beautiful from the outside but reality is there are issues trash in hall ways, definitely not a smoke free community, when you express concerns to management situations are not handled professionally. No regards for the residents. Definitely not a quiet community.

It has been great because it is a quiet, clean and beautiful community. I have observed that management tries to control entry of non-residents into our building especially when residents invite outsiders to use the pool. Thank you.

After living in University City (Philadelphia) for a few years, 335 Bala is such a breath of fresh air. The location is relatively secluded, I don't think I've heard even a little bit of traffic noise or sirens since moving in, and all of the residents I've come across are friendly. The apartment unit itself is beautiful, conveniently laid out, and very spacious (which has been awesome after living in Studio apartments for years now). My partner and I also rescued a dog, and getting her added to the lease was a painless process. Overall, I'm really happy with my decision to live here.

It’s a nice place to live. It has everything you need and more. It has a pool and a nice gym. I find it well priced for the value I am getting.

Is very quiet area and kinds friendly , apartment are nice and the neighbors are friendly. only drawback the trolley you can’t get it every day .

Not really crazy about the community anymore ever since the building has gotten a new property manager. Our elevator has been down for weeks and has yet to be repaired which is a nightmare when people are moving in or moving out , our community events have gone downhill and the responses to issues are handled poorly. Can’t wait till my lease is up.

Fairly well establishment. Very clean and relaxing area. Neighbors are fairly welcoming. I enjoy relaxation so this place is perfect for me.

My partner and I moved in in December, It has been great living here for the past few months, it is very clean and quiet here. The amenities are very nice.

335 is not a place place to live. Amenities are down half the time. Management is the worst. The cleanliness of the property is horrible dogs urinating and moving there bowls in the hall way. Noise is rediculous and needless to say it's not a non smoking environment you constantly smell Marijuana in the hall way

Services have been reduced. When we first moved things were good. Now not so much. It is probably profit taking. There had been no rational reason given

Nice apartment. Make sure to straighten all financial responsibilities out before sending an application. Ask for a sample lease before sending an application.

Living at 335 Bala is a great experience! Close to the city, still in the suburbs. The amenities are wonderful; gym, game room, library/ work center and pool. Best part of all is that it is dog friendly!

I have lived in many places in my life. This apartment building is the best managed, the cleanest, and most desirable property where I have ever lived.

Sold my home to move my daughter closer to her school. She found 335 and we couldn't by happier with the decision to reside here. 335 Management are super friendly, compassionate and helpful! The property is stunning!

This was a difficult move for me and the staff made it easy and pleasant

335 is a great community with so many common areas that are very well kept. The front desk/security staff are very kind and courteous. The leasing agents are accessible and seem to really care about the property and it’s residents. Mail ten e is extremely quick to respond and very skilled. They can troubleshoot or fix almost anything and do so efficiently. Overall it’s been a great place to live.

335 Bala is a wonderful place to call home, the staff is great, the property is clean and beautiful and quiet, and great amenities. And the staff really cares for the residents.

The leasing process has been so smooth thanks to Lin. We feel so welcomed into the community! Really looking forward to spending the next (hopefully) 2 years here while we finish school.

Clean, well maintained and quiet building in a great location. The fitness center is well equipped and there are wonderful running trail options all around. We especially appreciate the dog run park for our 2 mini Bernedoodles. Overall we are very satisfied living here and would strongly recommend.

I did a thorough review of apartment buildings in Bala-Cynwyd area and found this to be the best one. I have no regrets

The front office is professional and seem to do their best. However, their hard work is overshadowed by the slow response by the maintenance team.

Overal the apartment is nice, however there is no sound proofing at all. I can hear each and every loud footsteps of the person above me, even in the carpeted bedroom. Also, the vibrations/sounds from others washing machine, dryers and dishwasher. Its very annoying sometimes. I expected to hear some sound being in an apartment but not this.

As frustrating as the ordeal of burst pipes, flooding, and subsequently having to move out has been, what has been even worse is the lack of communication by management, who not only have had little to no information through the repairs process, and also their booking of our hotel (after days of trying to figure out whether or not we should just book it ourselves), but were completely unapologetic and rude when I spoke to them today asking for updates. Never once have I rushed the repairs or asked them to prioritize our unit, I’ve asked several times simply for updates on the timeline and when we can come home as we stay in a hotel with our dog. And they clearly do not have any information and have seemed, on more than one occasion, completely unconcerned in finding out. This past weekend, they extended our stay until October without telling us and when I asked them about it, they pointblank lied several times and said they “don’t know” who extended our stay. Are you serious? After emailing back and forth, I ended up calling and having and at one point, they suggested I just break my lease if I’m unhappy. That’s the answer… if I don’t like it, I can leave? Until they get new management that actually care about tenants and have the decency to be communicative and at least somewhat apologetic/understanding, don’t move here.

We really enjoy the all aspects of 335 Bala. The pleasant staff, beautiful living space, fabulous pool, phenomenal gym, ample parking, the list goes on and on! We have only been here a few weeks and it already feels like home.

Management is very responsive and works hard to optimize the resident experience, at a new, stylish, and well-designed building with great amenities in a terrific location, close to most desired destinations in the Philadelphia area.

This is a great living location for working professionals who need the feel of relaxation, luxury, and resort like amenities when they get home from work. You will be close to the city but not have to deal with some of the annoyances of living in the city like noise and parking.
