- Charming Beach Bungalow.. steps to the beach! ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED! - This property has the perfect combination of vintage Santa Cruz charm! Built in the 1920's, it has been maintained with a few modern touches throughout the house while still keeping the home true to it's uniqueness. The 3rd bedroom is small and could be used as office, nursery, etc. There are two parking spots included with the rental. The beach is at the end of the street and is centrally located yet it is in a quiet street off Portola. Utilities are paid for by owner and added into the monthly rent. There is a washer and dryer laundry room. The home can either stay partly furnished as seen in the photos or available unfurnished. There is direct beach access with stairs at the end of the street.
