The 3rd bedroom is small and could be used as office, nursery, etc. There are two parking spots included with the rental. The beach is at the end of the street and is centrally located yet it is in a quiet street off Portola. Utilities are paid for by owner and added into the monthly rent. There is a washer and dryer laundry room. The home can either stay partly furnished as seen in the photos or available unfurnished. There is direct beach access with stairs at the end of the street.
