Previous single tenants averaged monthly under $100.00 in electric. He had no AC, only a fan. No pets. No Smoking. Plenty of street parking throughout the day and evening. We prefer showing dates and not appointments. This is due to 90% of the time the appointments are "No Shows". APPLICATION ARE AVAILABLE ON SITE.
