Must be able to tolerate (older) dogs already on the property. No Smoking unit. Ample Street Parking Standard Rental terms apply. 1 year lease. $1795 monthly rent. No short term rental. Electric is sub-metered and payable monthly in addition to the monthly rent. Submeter is a separate meter from the main house. Previous single tenant averaged monthly under $100.00 in electric. He had no AC only a fan. No pets. No Smoking. Older dogs are already on site. Plenty of street parking. We prefer showing dates and not appointments. This is due to 90% of the time the appointments are "No Shows". APPLICATION ARE AVAILABLE ON SITE. NO APPLICATION FEE. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE APPLICATION COVER PAGE.
