Restaurants within easy walking distance include Taco Roco, Beda's Biergarten, Cool Cat Cafe, Thai Boat, Le Ciel Crepes Cafe, Nucci's, Eddie's Grill, Subway, and Crossroads Liquor and Deli. Looking for self-sufficient non-smoking adults who pay full rent promptly each month. We pay Homeowner's Association Fees. You pay utilities. Landlords are easy-going, non-intrusive owners who live locally and are quick to take care of problems if and when you call. As long as you pay the rent on time and do not violate Homeowner's Association rules, you will not hear from us.
