In the ‘Living/Great Rm’ there is a ceiling fan and large window overlooking the center of the complex where the pool is. The bedrooms are approximately 11’x11’ in size. The shared bathroom has tiled tub/shower with glass enclosure, with a decent size linen closet. Most all units have been recently updated in AC/Heating units and efficient water heaters. Access to this apt complex is via locked gates, the drive-thru gate opens with a remote control. Dedicated Parking in your own covered carport with your storage locker in front of your stall.
