We do not approve applicants with bankruptcy or evictions in the last 10 years. Applicants must have 3 months proof of income indicating they make at least 3x rent ($2850) per month. Pre screening calls will be accepted Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-noon. Showings will be scheduled for you after prequalification! Step 2. If you are prequalified you will be invited to tour the home and submit an application. Must sign a lease within 24 hours of approval. Applications are processed in the order of receipt.
