The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed. Amenities include a smart TV with Airplay, self check-in, high-speed Wi-Fi, community rooftop clubroom and patio, game room, co-work space, and fitness center. Reserved parking is not included. For reserved parking, Journal Commons Garage, 332 W State Lot, and Usinger Lot are recommended. Street parking is often available throughout the neighborhood: metered parking with a 2-hour time limit from 8am-4pm Mon-Sat, metered parking with no time limit from 4pm-9pm Mon-Sat, and free parking with no time limit on Sundays. Use the MKE Park app to remotely pay the meter. Overnight street parking requires a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights by calling the city and requesting one. For reserved parking, the SpotHero app is recommended as a convenient solution. Located in the heart of the Deer District, this apartment is just one block from Fiserv Forum and two blocks from Baird Center. It's also walkable to Pabst Theater, Marcus Performing Arts Center, 3rd St. Market Hall, and countless restaurants and bars. No smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the premises, including outdoor spaces, and a $150 fine will be assessed with additional fees for remediation may apply. Quiet time is after 10pm. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities.
