It flows into Lake Gaston a few hundred feet away. It is too shallow for a boat, but you can launch the canoe and kayaks we provide here. The property has a boat slip in a boathouse a few lots down for docking your boat. There is a locked closet in the boathouse for your gear. Second and third bedrooms can be furnished as needed. Each adult must fill out a rental application. If you rent here, you must provide a copy of your driver’s license and the license plate number of each vehicle you will have on the property. If you rent through the end of July, the rate is $3,800 per month plus electricity. If you rent for one month it is $4,000 plus electricity. I provide high-speed internet. There is a $3,000 security deposit. These rates are good for up to 4 people. Only 1 small, under 10 pounds, dog on approval.
