No parties or events are allowed, and quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, with a $500 fine for violations. Smoking is prohibited indoors, with a $500 fine for violations, but outdoor smoking is permitted at least 10 feet from the building. Check-in is any time after 4 PM, and checkout is at 11 AM unless otherwise agreed upon. Pets are welcome with prior inquiry regarding breed limitations and agreement to the pet policy.
