This cabin comes fully-furnished, with everything from basic kitchenware to bedding, towels, etc. Think Airbnb, but as a long term rental! So you won't need to bring any furniture, just your personal items.

Accessed off a side road with about 4 houses leading up to it, and only 1 house beyond this one, so it's very private. Exterior is also well-lit in case you are coming home late.
DETAILS
Rent: $600/month, plus 1 month's rent security deposit, to be paid through secure online platform.
Rent includes lawn service (mowing from approx May - Oct), but not snow removal, if it snows.
Heating & Cooling: There is a new remote-controlled mini-split unit that does a great job in heating and cooling the entire space, plus a baseboard heater in the bathroom.
Utilities: Electricity, Water, and Internet to be set up in tenant's name. For reference, here's the average of bills for the past year, which you would be paying yourself, in addition to the rent noted above. Actuals per month will vary, and also depend on tenant's usage:
~ Water - $40/mo
~ Electric - $90/mo
~ Internet/Cable - $175/mo (depending on the plan you select, of course. Comcast is the provider in this area, and it's already wired)
~ For trash, there is a "convenience center". You can also pay for company to do trash pickup, but it is a fairly long way down the driveway to get to the trash can area. Almost everyone around there just hauls off their own trash to the convenience center. It's not far away.
Renter's insurance required, and tenant must include owner on the policy in case a claim ever needs to be made. This typically costs around $200/year, so it's not overly expensive.
No pets allowed

Minimum credit score of 650 required.
Both a background and credit check are required for all applicants, through the application process, which costs $29 plus tax. This amount will be refunded if your application is accepted and you decide you would like to live here.
