It is over 1500 square feet, very spacious and bright. Waters Edge is surrounded by the newly renovated $84M Coachman Park, Clearwater Marina and scores of restaurants and bars on Cleveland Street, downtown Clearwater. It is 5 mins from Clearwater Beach and 25 mins to TPA airport. The layout of the patio home is great. It is a two story unit. The lower level has a large kitchen with newer appliances, granite countertops and is open to the great room with 9'+ ceilings. There is a guest bathroom and huge storage area on this level. Upstairs includes the master bedroom with two walk-in closets, huge bathroom with glass-walled shower. A sliding patio door opens up to a private patio, which is connected to the expansive pool deck and health club. Down the hall there is a brand new washer/dryer in the built-in laundry room. The second bedroom can is also large and has its own bath, closet and storage/linen closet. There is also a walkout door for pool deck access. This public area includes two professional gas grills, dining area, outdoor fireplace, a huge health club with state of the art equipment and a new Pilates Reformer machine. The swimming pool is heated year around. There is a hot tub spa as well as saunas and steam rooms. It is an awesome space and just steps away from this unit. Parking is just outside the entrance to the unit. Two spaces in the covered parking garage makes it incredibly convenient for bringing in groceries, etc. Waters Edge has full time maintenance staff and the grounds are immaculate. There is a 24/7 concierge on staff. The property is a 10 and resident security is great, with gates, FOB's and monitoring. Lease is one year (possibly less in certain instances). One month deposit and HOA application fee is required. Pet fees extra and need to be approved by HOA. Everything included except for electric, which will be in renter's name.
