About This Property

Beautiful new construction townhome in Baton Rouge’s highly sought after Pointe Marie neighborhood. This home has a 2 car garage and large patio with outdoor cooking area. This home is in the front of the neighborhood directly across from the resort style neighborhood pool and playground. There is a large balcony overlooking the park. The neighborhood also has a dog park as well as a community garden. The home is unfurnished and can be rented on a long term or short term basis. Pointe Marie is an amazing and very safe community with lots of outdoor activities and we’ll as concerts in the community square. Rent includes all HOA fees and free access to all Point Marie sponsored events. Pets require a non refundable pet deposit and pet must be approved by owner.
