Looking for one tenant to occupy our apartment who takes their social distancing seriously. We have a 3.5 month old so you will be required to wear a mask outside of your unit when we are around, until things die down. This is a difficult and an uncertain time with a newborn so we hope you understand it’s not personal. Some details: -The unit is attached to our detached garage -ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED (premium Cox cable package in bedroom AND living room, internet, gas, electric, water, trash) -No pets -Designated LG washer and dryer -2 AC units (Bedroom and living room) -Gas oven/stove -Refrigerator with water and ice in door -Culligan water softening system -Tons of storage in unit -One off street parking spot on gated property (one remote for gate included) -Outdoor patio space with jacuzzi -Weekly cleaning service (Saturday mornings. She cleans bathroom, kitchen surfaces and floors) Required: -Must have PO Box set up for your mail -Renters insurance policy **Must love dogs but unfortunately cannot have your own. The backyard is shared and we already have 3 on premise, all very sweet and probably too friendly. A meet and greet with the 3 of them will be required as part of the application process to make sure everyone gets along. We cannot have a tenant who does not like dogs. Disclaimer, if the door on the unit is left open, expect 4 legged visitors inside so this requirement is really for your comfort** As this unit is located on the property of our family home and shares our driveway please expect an extensive background check with application. $2000 a month $2000 deposit There’s an option to also rent an attached office space (approximately 100 SF) for $2200 total for both spaces with $2200 deposit.
