Charming 1-bedroom cottage with small yard in quiet Kingston, less than a mile from the Stockade District. Ideal for a single person or couple. Unfurnished, available first week of January 2024. Also features a wrap-around porch,, washer and dryer in-unit, 2 off-street parking spots on your own section of driveway. Pets welcome! We love animals and are super pet friendly. Cottage is next door to our home, so we ask that if you have dogs, we do a quick meet-and-greet with our two to make sure they all get along if anyone gets out by accident. Water, sewer, landscaping, and WiFi included. Heat is forced air (gas). A/C not included. Tenant covers electric, gas. Unit is non smoking/vaping. First month and security deposit (equivalent to one month's rent) due upon signing.
