Additional room upstairs could be utilized as an office. Laundry is located on the main floor. Lower level is refinished. Tenant will get to appreciate the amenities of the beach community, which include a private beach, and public dock for swimming and fishing access. Credit, criminal background check, and past eviction check required. First and last months rent required, as well as a security deposit. -Tenant will get to enjoy all of the association amenities, which includes a private beach, public dock for swimming and fishing access to water. -Reference checks are required -First months rent and 2 months security deposit -liability and renters insurance required -Washer and dryer are provided, but are as is. Repairs are at Tenant's expense and will not be replaced. -The association takes care of mowing, but Tenant will be responsible for snow/ice removal. -Indoor smoking is prohibited -One Small Dog under 30 pounds will be allowed. -Water/sewer costs are the responsibility of the Tenant (Bills are issued and collected twice a year; May and November) -A full tank of oil is provided at the start of the lease. Tenant is responsible for leaving a full tank of oil at the end of the Lease period. Tenant shall pay all charges for the following: Fuel to heat the Premises. Hot Water Cable Television Snow removal Electricity Municipal sewer and water Parking is available for 2 cars. No trailers or boats allowed. Pet Details: One Small Dog Under 30 Pounds Only
