Updated eat-in-kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Fuly equipped kitchen. Large island with bar stools. One brand new queen size bed and one twin daybed with another pull out twin. Linens and towels are included. Sweet updated retro tub & shower. Private laundry. Shared spacious stone patio, BBQ grill, and heated outdoor shower. Simple yet charming. The perfect little getaway retreat. Nice off season rental, however, the landlord is willing to rent past May 2020 at an adjusted summer rental fee. All separate utilities. Street parking only with parking pass. No pets.
