All appliances including stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, waffle maker, coffee pot. Washer/dryer located in bathroom. Includes dishes and pots. All utilities included, including WiFi. Bring your own Roku account. No pets allowed (except for service animals). NOTE: Neighbors have dogs and they bark. A mobile home is stored in the driveway, there is also temporarily a storage container in the driveway. Free street parking available. For security, RING cameras on front entrance of main home. Until rented, camera also covers backyard. Month to month lease. NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THE PREMISES. Credit check conducted. $150 cleaning fee. SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY
