The 280 sq ft loft style room is located on the other side of the home for complete privacy with a private entrance for easy access. The room has beautiful casement windows that open and let in the nicest breeze, all of our guests say it feels like a hotel or really nice Airbnb. Everything in the room is set up for extreme comfort and privacy, it is equipped with a large dresser for clothing storage and two matching nightstands with added drawers for storage. A king size bed with seating at the end of the bed. We have added a Keurig, Electric Kettle, Refrigerator w/ freezer, Air Fryer, Microwave, an Air Fryer and an induction hot plate for added convenience to easily prepare meals. We are located in a very charming historical neighborhood in the heart of the Carriage District of Santa Maria. Our property is six min away from Marion Regional Medical Center, nine min away from Cottage Urgent Care in located in Orcutt, and only 20 min away from Arroyo Grande Community Hospital. Trader Joes is 3 min away, Lassens and Target 5 min away, Albertsons is just 7 min away.
