This pet friendly, three bedroom, two and a half bathroom unfurnished town home spaciously offers about 1,600 square feet with hard surface flooring throughout the common living area on the first floor. Kitchen is equipped with a flat top stove, refrigerator, over the range microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Dining area with tray ceiling has a built in shelf, breakfast bar, and a sliding glass door leading out to the brick patio. Living room also features large windows with a view of the backyard that is shaded by mature trees. First floor has a half bathroom and laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer as is. The three bedrooms and two full baths are located upstairs. The master bedroom has an inlay carpet on the wood floor, a balcony, and private bathroom. The unit is pet friendly for a maximum of one dog weighing less than 25 lbs. Breed restrictions apply. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $200.00 and renters insurance is required. The rent is $1,460.00 per month and includes water, sewer, trash removal, basic cable, and basic internet. Tenant is responsible for electric. Security deposit of $1,460.00 is required.
