Nestled in the charming waterfront community of Little Harbor in Ruskin, this townhome offers a perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. If the pool fob is lost or not returned, a $75 replacement fee will be charged. Weekday daytime noise (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM) is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities.
