326 16th Ave NE Unit House

This is our primary home that we absolutely love and we are hoping to find someone who will treat it with care for the 3 months we are out of town. We will cover all utilities and internet fees. The house is in the most desirable location of the entire Tampa Bay area. It is in the center of what is called Old Northeast St. Pete. While we have a car, we generally walk to the restaurants and all downtown. The walk along with bay is a beautiful and we do this daily. The house is just far enough from downtown to be in a quiet oasis but close enough to walk. We love how many top notch restaurants are all within walking distance of us. The covered carport is for one car and allows us to park under there and walk directly into the back of the house. The street our house is on has free unrestricted parking at all times and always easy parking on both sides. The upstairs master bedroom has a king size bed and its own full bathroom. The upstairs second bedroom upstairs has a queen with a designated full bathroom right outside the door. The bedroom downstairs we currently use as an office and has a love seat; however, we have an air mattress that could be used for this third bedroom if necessary. This also has a full bathroom that connects to the bedroom on one side and the living room on the other. The house has separate air conditioner temperature controls for the upstairs and the downstairs living spaces. The kitchen has top of the line appliances including a wolf induction range and two stoves. We do not want any smoking in the home at any time. We have a separate building on the other corner of the property that has a studio unit above a garage with a long term individual living in there. He has his own entrance and garage coming off of a different street. He likes his privacy and keeps to himself. He will be seen from time to time from the backyard walking to and from his garage and his studio entrance. We will cover all utilities and internet fees (as long as utility usage is not drastically higher than our average usage for that particular month). We do not want any smoking in the home at any time. We are ideally looking for a 3 month lease but open to 1 month+.
