The bedroom is huge and currently fits my king sized bed. The living area is large as well and fits a table, couch, and coffee table among other things. The apartment is very warm in the winter (heat and hot water is included) and I never had any problems with anything here. It is also located on the top floor so you do not have to worry about noise above you and there is an elevator which works great. I also have access to a fire escape which is nice to sit out on in warmer months. Appliances are updated and work great. The buildings super is very friendly, helpful, and always there when I need him. One of the best features of this apartment is that it is only 1.5 blocks (less then 5 min walk) away for the Broadway (N,Q train stops) and around a 10 min walk away from the Steinway (R,M train) so I always had a super convienet way to get home and many train options to choose from during construction or train delays. Another amazing feature is living right by Broadway St. where there are tons of shops, organic/healthy grocery stores, and anything you need like banks, post office, coffee shops, gym, restaurants are seconds away. Everything you need is right here. Also with Steinway St. being only a few blocks away you have everything you need as well. This area is also really safe, my neighbors are incredibly kind and quiet and I have never had to worry about crime or anything suspicious going on. This building also allows pets too.
