N/A Credit Scores will require a Co-Signer. 4. Co-Signer credit scores must be 690+ 5. Credit Scores below 475 will result in automatic denial. 6. Satisfactory rental history (no evictions, less than two late payments within the last year, no outstanding debts or damages owed to another Property Management Company/Homeowner). Verifiable rental reference. 7. No outstanding balances owed to utility companies, child support or IRS. 8. Renters Insurance is required and must be verified prior to move-in. 9.
