Our 3-bedroom, 2 1/2 Bathroom private pool vacation home offers a fantastic property perfect for your relaxing South Florida Gulf Coast Vacation * Burnt Store Isles Vacation Home with Private Pool * 3 Bedrooms / 2 1/2 Bathrooms * 2 miles to Historic Downtown Punta Gorda * Fully Equipped Kitchen * Dining for 6 at the dining table * Comfortable Den * Parking for two cars in the driveway * Saltwater Pool * Dock on canal- Boat lift not for guest use BEDROOMS (Single-story home) - Bedroom 1: Master King Bedroom / Private Attached Bathroom / Lanai Access - Bedroom 2: One Queen Bedroom - Bedroom 3: One King Bedroom / Lanai Access Pool Heater Charges and Information: The pool faces South Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX. Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis. Garage: * Owner\'s car is parked in the garage- it is off-limits for parking. Up to two cars can fit in the driveway No trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines. There are local storage facilities nearby to park the trailer off-site. BBQ: - There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use. - While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills. - Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store. - BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional $56 fee will be charged. No salt/pepper or cleaning supplies are stocked due to safety issues. This is an industry-standard practice. FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS: (this does not apply if you are staying less than 30 nights) We will collect a $1,500 deposit. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
