Water/ Sewer/Trash Included! This is a nicely updated second floor unit just minutes from Akron's Highland Square neighborhood, downtown, and Akron U. It has two bedrooms and one updated bathroom which is accessible from the smaller bedroom and the living room. The kitchen has new cabinets, and comes with stove, fridge, microwave and a dishwasher. There is a laundry room with stackable washer and dryer and storage space. The front bedroom is large and has a large open closet. Newer windows will keep it cozy in winter and cool in summer. Rent is $725/month and this includes water/sewer/trash. Tenant pays gas and electric. A security deposit of $725 will be required. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis and will require an additional deposit if approved. Absolutely no smoking of any substance Not Section 8 eligible. This property is professionally managed by Southern Sky Realty. We run a credit, criminal and eviction check on all applicants aged 18 years and older, and require a non refundable $40 per applicant fee to to do so. We do not approve evictions in the past 5 years. We adhere to all Fair Housing Laws when working with applicants and tenants.
