It is about 7 minutes from downtown as well as Wards Rd and Timberlake Rd. A washer and dryer is included with this rental! All utilities are the resident's responsibility (electric, oil, water, trash,and exterior maintenance). Water is $30/month. Resident's do not have access to the garage on the property. Our company will continue to have access to the garage at all times. We have put up a tall fence to separate the garage and the back yard to provide privacy to the residents. We are pet friendly! We allow up to 2 pets in the home. There is a $250 non-refundable pet fee due up front. Pet rent is $30/month for 1 pet or $45/month for 2 pets. Breed restrictions do apply. School Districts: R.S.
