I’ve been really happy living at this apartment. The management team is super friendly and responsive they actually listen and take care of things quickly, which makes a huge difference. The pool is a major bonus, especially in the summer. It’s always clean and a great place to relax. Plus, the location couldn’t be better, close to everything I need, groceries, restaurants, and even a few parks. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home!
From the moment I moved in, the staff has been incredibly friendly, responsive, and professional. The leasing process was smooth and transparent, and any questions I had were answered promptly.
3232 on Fruitville is a fantastic place to live! The location is perfect- close to everything you need. The apartments are very nice, modern and super spacious. Management is friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
Communication from the landlord is minimal, no lack of urgency for plumbing issues or air conditioning issues, half of the complex lawn is almost always under water, the laundry room is always a mess, none of the fire alarms in public areas appear to be up to code
New management is terrible. Uncommunicative. They don’t monitor the property. It has returned to its old ways of drug dealers and users freely roaming. Outdated with rent increases. Would not recommend
