Darlene Court Apartments strives to provide a comfortable and clean place for you to live. All 5 apartment complexes on Darlene Court are ours. With no through traffic it is a quiet and safe place for you and your family. We are located in Waterloo, a block away from Lou Henry Elementary/Hoover Junior High. For your $625 a month, we provide you an apartment with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room. Maintenance requests are usually looked at quickly as we have our own maintenance man there working around the 5 complexes. You will need to pay for your gas and electric and we will take care of water, sewer, and garbage. There is parking available behind the apartments or we do have low cost garages as well ($40-50 per month). Please, give us a call and we would be happy to show you our apartments!
