Update: As of September 30th, an application is pending. New applications will not be accepted at this time. Beautifully remodeled home with a detached garage located directly behind an elementary school. All appliances included. House has had the vents cleaned (8/13/24) and carpet cleaned (8/14/24) professionally. The yard is currently neglected(ie dead) from the previous tenant but I will work with the new tenant to get it back to standards. The house comes with internet and a ring doorbell, audio will never be recorded. The basement is painted cement with some minor stains and one carpeted bedroom. The upstairs is hardwood floor for the living room and one bedroom, the master bedroom has carpet and the kitchen has dark Pergo. The garage has six matching lawn chairs and one lounge chair for use and a corded weedeater.
