New roof in 2016. New concrete in 2016. New Siding in 2017. -New furnace and water heater in 2022. -I am only the 2nd owner since the home was built. -Home is in a safe neighborhood with great neighbors, Close to k-12 schools. -Large fenced back yard. -Updated basement for additional hang out space or storage. -1.5 car garage with room to park a vehicle, as well as driveway space for up to 3 more vehicles. -Rent is $1,950 per month, security deposit is $1,500. -Renter is responsible for Electric, Water, and Gas Utilities. -Renter is responsible for regular upkeep of the lawn, leaf pickup + snow removal. -First month + Security deposit is due at time of lease signing. -Move-in date is flexible, but available as early as December 12th. -Strong preference of no pets but may possibly consider one small dog on a case by case scenario. Additional fee of $25 per month for a small dog under 25lbs -1 year lease required. -Renter insurance required, must show proof at time of lease signing. -No smoking in the house. -Everyone living in the home must be on the lease. -Shed, Couch and bed are shown in photos, but not included. -Washer and dryer are pictured and included for your use, but not covered under the lease.
