Only standard-size personal vehicles are permitted and no trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles including RVs, campers, mobile homes, 4 wheelers, buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are allowed. A $500 fine for violation. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed. Any guest or group found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund for any remaining nights. A $500 fine for violation. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. Any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is allowed. Smoking includes but is not limited to cigarettes, hookah, vaping, pipes, cigars, and any cannabis use. Outdoor smoking at least 10 feet from the building is permitted and all windows and doors to the unit must remain closed while smoking outdoors. A $500 fine for violation. If you would like to bring a pet, you must inquire before booking regarding breed limitations and agree to our pet policy. There is a $100 non-refundable fee per pet to cover the additional cost of cleaning. Checkout is at 11 AM. If you want a 12 PM noon checkout, please inquire whether it's available for your stay for an additional $25 by 9 PM the night before your scheduled departure. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later. Due to increased precautions, if you want to request early check-in or to drop off bags before 4 PM, that must be requested and approved in advance. Since South Florida has a sub-tropical climate, it almost never gets even close to freezing, which leads to it being a desirable climate for humans, geckos, and insects. While rare, and despite routine pest control, it is possible for an insect or gecko to get inside through an open door or window. Refunds for finding insects or geckos are not given. To help ensure the safety of our guests, the property is monitored with exterior cameras. These cameras do not infringe upon any private area as they are all exterior. Exterior cameras capture and record audio and video. No unplugging, moving, or any alteration of the security cameras or any of its cords, base station, or any other parts or apparatus. A $1000 fine for violation.
