Smoking indoors is prohibited, with a $500 fine for violations. Outdoor smoking is permitted at least 10 feet from the building. Check-in is any time after 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM unless otherwise agreed upon. Late check-out at 12 PM is available for an additional $25 if requested by 9 PM the night before.
