Only standard-size personal vehicles are permitted and no trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles including RV’s, campers, mobile homes, 4 wheelers, etc., buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are allowed. There is a $100 non-refundable fee per pet to cover the additional cost of cleaning. Conveniently situated, the FLL airport is just a half-hour drive away. You’ll be close to diverse dining options, vibrant nightlife, expansive malls, cozy cafes, essential grocery stores, and the iconic Pompano Beach Pier. With an in-unit washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, and ample storage space, this apartment is perfect for both short- and long-term stays. A $500 fine for violation of the no parties/events/gatherings policy. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM and any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. These cameras do not infringe upon any private area as they are all exterior. Exterior Cameras capture and record audio and video. No unplugging, moving, or any alteration of the security cameras or any of its cords, base station, or any other parts/apparatus. $1000 fine for violation. Crypto mining or similar activities are not allowed. Any guest who would like to have packages delivered at all must first obtain host permission. No packages may be delivered to the property outside of the guest’s booked and paid reservation dates. Once the stay has been completed, it is mandated that guests refrain from leaving luggage or personal belongings upon checkout. Please treat the property as if it were your own for your enjoyment and future travelers.
