The property is monitored with exterior cameras to ensure guest safety, with five cameras installed outside: four overlooking the parking area and one overlooking the pool. These cameras do not infringe upon any private areas and are operational 24/7, capturing and recording audio and video. The pool is currently unavailable. Guests must complete the Rental Agreement Form and Check-in Form to finalize reservations. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced per city ordinance, and full legal names of guests must be provided upon booking. One parking spot per reservation is available in the driveway for standard-size personal vehicles only. A $500 fine applies for violations, which may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is permitted, with a $500 fine for violations. Outdoor smoking is allowed at least 10 feet from the building. Pets are allowed with prior inquiry regarding breed limitations and agreement to the pet policy, with a $100 non-refundable fee per pet.
