Please scan your documents into the application link. • Please have all documents, deposits and first month's rent available at the time of your rental application. o Pay Stubs: Must show applicants name & address plus, employer name & address:1 month of pay stubs (ex: weekly pay = 4 pay stubs / bi-weekly = 2 pay stubs.) including pay dates. o Income: Must be 2.5 times your NET income. o Employment Verification: Your employer must be able to verify your employment. (All documents must have your name and your employer's name with employer's contact information visible.) • Holding Fees: Holding fees must be received in cash, money order, or by electronic payment. Holding fees are required to hold the property for move-in. • Proof of Established Utilities and Proof of Renter's Insurance are required prior to moving in • Properties may not be available to move in immediately after your application is approved.
