No, the tenant is responsible for Gas and Electric, water, and $150 for the solar panels. The electric bill should be very low or nothing at all. Security Deposit at move-in? Usually the same amount as the rent. What credit score do I need? Typically a 700 or better score. Do we accept people with evictions? Absolutely no, no exceptions. Do we accept co-signers?
