About This Property

Inside you will find 3 spacious bedrooms (including a master with a separate bath), a great living area, an open kitchen, and an inside washer and dryer hookups. The interior has been recently painted and has new laminate click-in wood flooring throughout. The kitchen is updated with granite, a beautiful backsplash, newer cabinets, and white appliances. The tenants will be responsible for normal landscape maintenance. Owners have asked for no animals on the property. Tenants are responsible for all utilities. (water, sewer, and trash will be posted to tenants' ledger while SMUD/PG&E will be in Tenants name) Please note that this property is not currently rent-ready. Our office will not be able to perform a showing until the property is ready to rent. Please do not disturb any occupants. The application will be reviewed on a first come, first reviewed basis. If you submit an application, you are allowing our office to run the initial background check after which time you will be put in the queue until the property is ready for showing.
