Easy access to APD 40, 64 highway, and I75. 3 miles from Tennova hospital and 3 miles from Lee University. Also conveniently located to Walmart, Bradley Square Mall, and many restaurants. The driveway has plenty of room for 3 vehicles. The backyard has a deck to fit patio furniture and a grill. Available starting 10/5/24. This rental will not be available for showings until 9/30/24. The home is not furnished but includes a washer and dryer. Tenants are responsible to pay for all utilities and must have renter's insurance. Tenants will also be responsible for lawn maintenance. A push mower will be provided. No smoking inside or outside the house. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis with a non-refundable pet fee of $300 and per pet an additional $20 a month on rent per pet. $1750 deposit fee. $1750 a month.
