About This Property

This is a true townhome. It has an attached oversized insulated two car garage with direct entry into your townhome. You do not need to do any lawn care as you would with a duplex. The location is excellent as it is close to parks, shopping, grocery, employers. Easy to get to the interstate, easy to get to downtown Wausau via several routes. Both bedrooms have large walk-in closets and are upstairs along with the full bathroom. The main level has a large kitchen with refrigerator, glass top stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal and lots of cabinets and storage. Also a living area and a dining area with a door to your backyard west facing deck. I am the owner and manage the property so you do not have to deal with a 3rd party property manager.
