The second floor includes two double beds, a living room with a smart TV, a gourmet kitchen, and a queen-size sofa sleeper. The third floor offers a king bed and another queen bed, each with an attached bathroom. A whirlpool washer and dryer are also available for your convenience. The home offers a two-car garage and free street parking. Some amenities, such as a Pack 'n Play, are available upon request. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee starting at $150, depending on scheduling availability. Located in the established West End, this home is in close proximity to nearly everything Nashville has to offer. Walk to Centennial Park, Vanderbilt University, The Parthenon, and West End restaurants and shops. Only 2.5 miles to Broadway in Downtown Nashville, where all the bars and honky-tonks are located. The area is well-served by Uber, Lyft, and taxis, making it easy to explore the city. Guests will need to use stairs during their stay as this 3-story home has many stairs and the elevator is turned off for liability purposes. The home is not childproofed, so children should be supervised at all times. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. We do not rent to locals who live in Nashville or within 120 miles and reserve the right to cancel any local reservation without refund. A lot of care has been put into this home, and we expect guests to respect the property and neighbors. This home is equipped with an August Smart Lock for added security, allowing guests to enter using an app on their smartphone. Guests must be comfortable with technology and set up the app prior to arrival to avoid delays at check-in.
