The fourth bedroom offers two twin beds (trundle bed) and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Enhance your stay with available add-ons such as an air mattress for $50 each and Pack & Play and highchairs for $25 each. These amenities are available upon request, so please let us know in advance if you need them. Located in the vibrant West End neighborhood, this home offers easy access to Nashville's best attractions. While a car is not necessary, Uber and Lyft are recommended for getting around. Enjoy the convenience of being close to local dining, shopping, and entertainment options. The home has an elevator that is not accessible for liability purposes. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and same-day move-ins are not honored after 9 AM AZ time. Local guests must be pre-approved to book. All guests with a confirmed criminal record will be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense. Identity authentication is required within 48 hours of booking. Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed, and there is a no-smoking policy in place. Guests are required to sign a rental agreement, and the minimum age to rent is 18 years old. All listed amenities are to be used at the guest’s own risk.
